WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Please call or email to make arrangements. Pickups are available Monday - Friday except holidays.

11AM - 7PM. $5 fee for oh-hand deliveries

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Domestic Shipping KOREA (Monday - Friday): Free Shipping on order $99 or more.

  • Domestic orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM (GMT+9) on business days will usually be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

    US Shipping (1-2 Weeks): Free Shipping on order $99 or more.

    • Standard Shipping rate $8.50
    • Estimated delivery times for international orders are 2 - 3 weeks.
    • The specific estimated delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process based on the customer's delivery location.

    US Military PO BOX:

    • As a support to all US military personnel, we offer free Shipping for all US Military Po Boxes

     

    International Shipping (2 - 3 Weeks): Free Shipping on order $99 or more.

    • Standard Shipping rate $19.70
    • Estimated delivery times for international orders are 2 - 3 weeks.
    • The specific estimated delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process based on the customer's delivery location.

    Order Processing:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation.

    Shipping Confirmation:

    • After order processing, customers will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information.
    • Shipping times provided are estimates and serve as a guide; the company cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other potential delays.
